What is Gap Analysis ?
- It is a method for examining and evaluating how a process works currently in order to get where you want to be in the future.
- It can also be described as a method for examining and evaluating the current state of a process in order to identify opportunities for improvement in the future.
- You can identify the gaps between the current and future state and identify a way to bridge them.
What did we not consider before ?
This is another question that data analysts ask themselves about.
They think about what information or procedure might be missing from a process so that they can identify better strategies to move forward.
